Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for a Return

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain products are non-returnable, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

Intimate or sanitary items.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Books with obvious signs of use.

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or other media.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any return received more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items and Gifts

Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Exchanges

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
